Whether as a hotel courtesy car, airport shuttle or large-capacity taxi – the Vito Shuttle combines extensive comfort features with generous spaciousness and a high level of practicality. This makes it ideally suitable for professional passenger transport over short or long distances.
Comfortable atmosphere, individual-look passenger seats
Elegant light-alloy wheels, bumpers and rub strips painted in the vehicle colour - the Vito Shuttle already makes its enhanced level of comfort obvious at first sight. The passenger compartment is decidedly spacious for the comfort of its occupants. In the rear the Vito Shuttle has a two-seater bench in the first row and a three-seater bench in the second row as standard. All the seats are designed as individual seats with an adjustable backrest, and when folded down the backrests serve as tables. Alternatively the second row can also be fitted with a three-seater bench. The rear seats are equipped with three-point seat belts, Isofix child seat anchorages and luxury head restraints.
Fully-panelled side walls and roof plus carpet flooring create a homely and pleasant atmosphere in the passenger compartment. Luggage can be stowed in the generous space behind the second seat row. To increase luggage space even further, the second seat row can be fully folded down. Moreover, passengers in the Mercedes-Benz Vito Shuttle also benefit from the newly developed comfort suspension of the Vito.

The driver and co-driver also enjoy superior surroundings in the Vito Shuttle, with multiply adjustable luxury seats as standard. The cockpit materials with Softtouch surfaces are pleasant to the touch, while the silver-coloured "Silverstone" decor strip emphasises the dignified overall impression. The standard "TEMPMATIC" air conditioner automatically maintains the set temperature. A recirculated air switch with an additional "tunnel mode" automatically closes any open windows and glass sunroofs (if fitted) when operated. Temperature control in the passenger compartment is via a warm/cool air duct.
Sets the standard for economy and environmental protection
The centrepiece of the Vito Shuttle's engine range is the new four-cylinder CDI diesel engine with a displacement of 2.15 litres, which is available in three output classes - 70 kW (95 hp), 100 kW (136 hp) and 120 kW (163 hp). These engines not only set standards in their class for pulling power and refinement, but also for efficiency. The BlueEFFICIENCY package included as standard reduces fuel consumption, and therefore CO2 emissions, to an extremely low level: with the manual transmission, the combined NEDC consumption of the Vito Shuttle is 7.4 to 7.7 l/100 km (195 – 203 g/km CO2). The two more powerful engine variants are optionally available with an automatic transmission. An automatic transmission is standard equipment in conjunction with the V6 CDI (output 165 kW/224 hp), as well as the Vito Shuttle with the V6 petrol engine (190 kW/258 hp). For special requirements in terms of traction and gradient climbing ability, the Vito Shuttle is available with all-wheel drive as an alternative to rear-wheel drive.
The Mercedes-Benz Vito Shuttle is available in three lengths – "compact", "long" and "extra-long".
