As the world's most forward-looking production car, the E-Class sets new standards. And with prices starting at €45,303.30 , it costs just 1.2 percent more than its predecessor based on a like-for-like equipment comparison. To coincide with its 20-year anniversary, the SLK compact roadster is to be relaunched with a new name – the SLC – as well as significantly optimised technology and an enhanced look.

Stuttgart, Dec 16, 2015 - In March 2016, 20 years on from the birth of its segment, the archetypal compact roadster is to be relaunched with a new name – the SLC – significantly optimised technology and an enhanced look. The name change acknowledges the traditionally close relationship with the C-Class, from which much of the roadster's technology is derived. There are new additions to the model line-up – the sporty top-of-the-line Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 and the entry-level SLC 180.
