  • Affalterbach, Apr 9, 2013 - The A 45 AMG and C 63 AMG "Edition 507" are now available to order. These new high-performance models both received their world premiere in early March at the 83rd International Motor Show in Geneva, Switzerland.
  • Affalterbach, Feb 1, 2013 - The C 63 AMG models are becoming even more dynamic: the AMG high-performance cars are being fitted with an AMG 6.3-litre V8 engine with increased output as exclusive "Edition 507" models. The increase of 37 kW (50 hp) now brings output to 373 kW (507 hp) with a maximum torque of 610 Nm, and is a result of a technology transfer from the SLS AMG: the eight-cylinder naturally aspirated engine from the super sports car features forged pistons, connecting rods and a lightweight crankshaft.
  • Stuttgart, Dec 12, 2011 - The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is among the most popular cars – worldwide. This is confirmed by two recent awards: in Japan the C-Class leads the field as the best imported car for the second time in succession. Down under, the C 250 CDI and the C 63 AMG Coupé scooped the "2011 Australia’s Best Car Award" in their respective segments.
  • Affalterbach, Feb 1, 2011 - The successful Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG is now more attractive than ever: the modified design of the top-of-the-range C-Class model is complemented by numerous enhancements to its technology which deliver even more driving enjoyment while reducing fuel consumption significantly. The introduction of the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports transmission with the "Controlled Efficiency" mode as standard along with a new power steering pump helps to reduce the combined NEDC fuel consumption by about ten percent to 12.0 l/100 km (Estate: 12.3 l/100 km).
